Mary Kraemer has been a Registered Nurse for over 3 decades and believes that ‘wellness’ is more than a body without disease.  Along with her innate intuitive ability, she has studied with many of the leading recognized authorities in the world of health and wellness.

A series of personal and professional experiences guided Mary to discover and explore the mind-body connection and its relationship to health, illness, wellness, and disease.   Mary has explored the energetic relationships between emotions, health, and disease; and believes wholeheartedly in the power of the mind to manifest and heal.  She understands that the ‘words we say’ and the ‘thoughts we think’ affect us physically, mentally, emotionally, and yes even financially. 

She has a unique style, set of credentials, and is a recognized pioneer in the field of intuition and energy exchange.  Her heart-centered intuitive process allows individuals, as well as their businesses, to move forward and have lasting results in one’s quest to stress less, heal faster and relax more for a happier, healthier more abundant life.

She believes that within each of us is the ability to transform ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially from where we are, to where we want to be. 

Mary is an approved continuing education provider through the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.  She also provides training and consulting, and produces health and wellness related books and audio tapes.
