Mary C. Kraemer, R.N., LMT, is an intuitive, health and wellness consultant, transformational seminar leader, life coach, stress management consultant, complimentary and integrative medicine practitioner, and an expert in mind-body-energy integration. 

A series of personal and professional experiences guided Mary to discover and explore the mind-body connection and its relationship to health, illness, wellness, and inner wisdom.  She believes that within each of us is the ability to transform ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually from where we are, to where we want to be. 

From her first encounter with a client, Mary sees that client as having already created their desires and goals.  As she works with them, she holds that intention for them until they believe and co-create it for themselves.  Mary utilizes an intuitive holistic approach towards health and wellness, stress management solutions, self-
empowerment strategies, and has written several publications on these topics.

Mary’s company, ‘Health, Wellness and You’, is an approved continuing education provider through the State of California’s Board of Registered Nursing.  She also provides training and consulting, and produces health and wellness related books and audio tapes.
